	"Coeur de Ville" is conveniently located in Via Centrale – (it should sound about Central street in English) the very hart of Bellagio downtown- only a few steps from the pier and to the many restaurants & boutiques. “Coeur de Ville” is favourably situated in the first floor of a bigger house into the historical centre of Bellagio, a traffic restricted area which makes “Coeur de Ville” the ideal location for all those Guests who require a central but quiet accommodation. Peculiar in “Coeur de Ville” is its double entrance, which allows this location on the one hand to be rented as a 1Bedroom Apartment (mq. 40 /SqFt 430,50) as well as a separate Studio (mq. 30/ SqFt 323). On the other hand, Apartment and Studio can be easily joint into a one single Apartment taking the whole floor (mq. 70/ SqFt.753,50) if you're in for more space and privacy. Our Guests in Coeur de Ville are welcome to the front Lake swimming pool and sun decks of BORGO LE TERRAZZE Residence and resort which is located in Bellagio, Via Panoramica 3, roughly 3 Km. to the city centre. Pool facilities are included in the price (towels not included).

Prices are based on a double occupancy per day.

Prices include: overnight stay, VAT taxes, access to the pool (in season) in Borgo Le Terrazze and use of the shuttle service to/from the resort (set times)and final cleaning which is provided and included. However, this does not include kitchen dishes and stoves in the kitchen area. Should the condition of the kitchen area cause extra work for the cleaning lady, please be advised that an additional € 50 charge is foreseen.
Prices do not include: local tourist tax = € 1 per person/day. Tax is applied from April to November to overnight stays for a max. of 7 nights. kids up to 11 years of age exempt from taxes; local tax must be cash; Daily cleaning € 20. per day on request.

Extra person - please ADVISE:

Infants up to 3 years of age = € 10 per night.
Children above 3 = Adult Guests with extra bed at € 15 per night.
Max extra persons in the Studio: 2; Max extra persons in the 1bedroom apartment: 1.

Reservation policies:

BEST RATE: 1 night deposit requested when booking and balance upon checking in. To cancel advise up to 5 days prior arrival= no fees; 5 days to 25 hours =1 night; 24 hours or no show= whole stay will be charged. Changes on dates are accepted before arrival if they match with our schedule.
NOT REFUNDABLE: The whole payment will be charged upon booking. We cannot accept changes or cancellations with this rate.
